M1 has a coaching staff that offers a great depth of experience and knowledge of the game from Division I players, college coaching experience, and years of experience with nationally ranked club programs who all collaborate to ensure all players are provided with high-level training and innovative initiatives.   M1 ensures that all coaches are trained at a high level, and will not form a team without qualified coaches to ensure a positive playing experience.  Ensuring quality over quantity.

M1 values cooperation among staff, players, and parents to share ideas, information, and responsibilities in order to reach our full potential.

M1 Ensures that each player receives high intensity training and skill development from organized training plans and skill development clinics.   In addition, monthly educations for all teams will be provided to promote the elite student-athlete.

M1 will provide subjective and objective feedback to each individual athlete and team from preseason, midpoint, and postseason goals and statistic reviews.
